This natural Bourbon comes from Pacas Estate, home to Maria and Alfredo Pacas, fifth-generation coffee farmers and one of our closest sourcing partners. Every time we visit El Salvador we are greeted with open arms. The same care they bring to their relationships carries through to every harvest. Highly selective picking and precise natural processing make La Guachoca a standout example of what El Salvador can produce. Beyond the cup their commitment to fair wages, shade-grown cultivation, and preserving wild forest areas reflects values we deeply share. Year after year the Pacas family continues to raise the bar.
