Jamison Savage is one of the most influential producers working with Gesha in the world, and Enigma is a clear reflection of what his approach makes possible. At Finca Deborah slow cherry maturation builds the sugar concentration and structured acidity that define his coffees.
Enigma undergoes an extended carbonic maceration where ripe cherries are sealed in CO2-infused tanks, then dried on raised beds for up to 45 days. The process is demanding and deliberate, pulling out deep fruit intensity while keeping clarity intact.
This coffee was featured in the 2026 US Barista Championship routine by Corvus barista Cole O.
