San Joaquin
In the misty highlands of Santa Ana, Finca San Joaquín stands as the heart of the Pacas family legacy. Acquired in 1907, it is their oldest farm, where generations have tended Bourbon beneath the shelter of ancient cypress forests. Cool air and softened light extend ripening, nurturing coffees of elegance, depth, and balance. Years of devotion were affirmed when a Bourbon from San Joaquín placed 4th in Cup of Excellence, proving its capacity to deliver world-class coffees and inspiring new generations to carry this heritage forward.
