Down the road from Voster of Kebun Galla, we accepted an invitation into th home of Dul, another Aceh farmer. In the dim glow of a single bulb hangin from the kitchen celling, we sat with him and a group of neighboring farmers the floor, their hands meticulously sorting their harvest bean by bean. Despi their modest surroundings, their eagerness to produce excellence sho brightly with each flick of their fingers. Though their production is small, l than 500kg, their commitment to excellence was clear, and we were excited present such a beautiful coffee to our subscribers.

This dial calls for slightly finer than neutral with a small updose to accentuate the pleasantly syrupy body. La Guachoca's prevailing attribute is sweetness, so be sure to adjust your dial until the result is reminiscent of brown sugar and maple syrup with some vanilla complexity.
