Mikuba Natural • Microlot from Burundi

Mikuba is a washing station that's part of Long Mile's coffee project in Burundi. Set up to provide a specialty outlet for this very impoverished country, Long Miles has been an excellent partner to work with.

Mikuba is a collection of "hills" that are geographical and flavor profile groupings that coffees are sorted by. Each "hill" has dedicated agronomists and coffee scouts that work with the growers to improve processing and harvesting techniques. This coffee isn't one of our subscription exclusive, but it's an exciting origin that we only get a limited amount from and we wanted to share!
