Mauricio Rosales’ farm, La Maravilla, is a hidden gem nestled in the mountains of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Purchased from the famed El Injerto Estate, Mauricio carved a road by hand from the mountain’s granite face to access the farm, an impressive feat that has earned him legend status in the coffee world. This drive symbolizes the dedication required to experience the fantastic coffee waiting at La Maravilla.

Not only is Mauricio a skilled coffee producer, but he’s also a community pillar. His road construction extended to the indigenous community above, and he now aims to bring electricity up the mountain, connecting his farm and the neighboring community. This commitment to connection and support makes Mauricio’s impact far-reaching, uplifting the lives of those around him.
