This set contains three distinct cold process Geshas: 

Mario Banc Gesha Natural Cold Dried
Defined by a cool, slow drying process, Mario delivers the most layered experience of the set. Its fuller body carries malic apple acidity, citrus, cherry, and tropical fruit.

Guabo Frio Gesha Washed Cold Fermentation
Cold fermentation followed by natural drying creates a graceful, balanced cup. Guabo offers a delicate interplay of citrus, jasmine, and peach.

Aguila Gelado Gesha | Washed Cold Fermentation & Drying
Extended cooling at every stage of processing enhances its clarity, yielding vibrant yet refined notes of orange, orange blossom, and light peach.
